Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour cancellation notice for all scheduled appointments. Patients who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation window and those who fail to arrive for appointments (No Show) will be charged a $45.00 late cancellation / missed appointment fee per occurrence.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Reserving an appointment time and not arriving prevents someone else in need from accessing care in a timely fashion.
